Terms of service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses 7ly Social: the agencies that hold an account, their team members, and the clients who review posts or connect their profiles through a secure link.
The service
7ly Social lets an agency connect the social profiles of the brands it manages, prepare posts, send them for approval and publish them at a chosen time on Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
Accounts
- Each agency account is created by the 7ly Social team, with limits on people and clients.
- Keep your password and passkeys to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Only connect profiles that you or your client are allowed to manage.
Content
- The agency and its clients keep all rights to the content they upload and publish.
- You allow 7ly Social to store, convert and send that content to the networks you choose, only to provide the service.
- Do not publish anything illegal, misleading or that breaks the rules of the networks. Each network may refuse or remove content under its own policies.
The social networks
Publishing depends on the networks' services and rules (for example daily limits, formats, or TikTok asking for the privacy of every post). 7ly Social is not responsible for a network refusing, delaying or removing a post, or for changes in what its API allows. Using a network through 7ly Social also means accepting that network's own terms.
Availability
We work to keep 7ly Social running and to retry failed publications, but the service is provided as is and may have interruptions.
Ending
An agency can close its account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the networks' rules. After closing, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
